::indonesia::

its been almost 4 years since i went back to to indonesia. i guess this time round, i came back. it feels different. i'm older, i can do what i want now. i dont know, been comparing the lifestyle and such of here and singapore. jakarta wasnt tht fun though.. didnt do much. jus basically wake up, stuff myself with food. seafood, nasi padang(slurp) and pokering at the lan shop downstairs my house.

therafter, i'm here. in surabaya. for my sister's "wedding". its pretty good. the hotel is damn cheap. its only 90 sgd per night for a 5 star hotel. everything is so well taken care of here. went to check out the birdnests over in surabaya too.

was suppose to go back last friday. but, its already sunday, and i am still here. :) having lots of fun. and exposed to many things. put it this way, in singapore, i'm jus nobody, but over here in surabaya, its different. the host have been fantastic. if there is out of 10 rating, i would give my host 11 out of 10. they have been perfect. i already dont want to go back sg. but nah, cant, i'm commited to my new house and also my business plans.

been having some talks with my brother in law to invest in the timber industry. its pretty good. invest X amt, and u gain back 200-300 percent within 2-3 months. but u are allowed only to lumber once a year and also, only if u have power, then u could be in this business.

i'm kinda short of cash now though. dont know how much i can invest. maybe measly 20k sgd. better than nothing i guess.

i dont wanna party tonight, but i guess i have to. its fun, jus tht, its really a waste of money. trust me, the amt spend on the drinks, its crazy. on saturday, it cost 5k sgd. =S

when people make easy money, easy go too. but seriously, my brother in law is really generous and nice.

poker has been bad this month. lots of swings. but i am down 37K sgd for this month. first time ever. lets hope i dont hit a losing month. i need to be more discipline. maybe i can hit 20K profit for this month, we'll see. there is another 16 more days to go. i dont know how i would do it.. but from experience, i always come out good. we'll see.

realise i cannot play 25-50 or even worst, 20-40 anymore.. the stakes are too small tht i make so many loose calls and dont respect reraises anymore. cause i think they suck and anyhow reraise.. but in truth, when they reraise preflop, its still the same , AK JJ and above. so yeah.
